The other page of ancestors pictures was from Dad's side of the family. I figured the best way to get more fun old pictures was to ask for them for my birthday. It worked...
WOOHOO, I got a photo album chock full of prints. Several pages of family history and notes on each picture. Mom really outdid herself this time, ain't retirement great!
I also got a CD of the pictures. They were not professionally restored, so I saw all the imperfections that a century of wear and tear can do. Yeah, They were in pretty rough shape, especially the first two. Considering I have near zero artistic talent they cleaned up pretty good.
